POS Index does not sell merchant accounts, act as a payment processor, underwrite merchants, provide legal advice, or guarantee approval with any processor, bank, gateway, platform, or equipment provider.
The Service may allow you to upload and store merchant-related documents, such as merchant statements, processing statements, applications, agreements, contracts, quotes, proposals, equipment documents, and screenshots. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store these documents and for avoiding the upload of unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Plans, Billing, Trials, and Subscriptions
4.1 Plan Types
POS Index may offer several plans, including but not limited to:
Free Plan
The Free plan includes limited access to selected features, such as browsing the catalog, basic AI usage, limited matcher usage, limited merchant records, and limited tasks or follow-ups.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan is an individual subscription intended for one user. It may include expanded or unlimited individual access to merchant CRM features, calendar and follow-ups, residual tracking, mileage tracking, AI tools, saved chats, scripts, outreach tools, proposal generation, exports, reports, and roleplay training.
Team Access
Team Access is intended for ISOs, sales teams, and organizations that need shared merchant records, team pipeline visibility, team members, team goals, shared follow-ups, admin controls, seat management, and related team workflow features.
Team Access may include a set number of seats, with additional seats billed separately according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your billing settings.
4.2 Billing and Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, additional seats, upgrades, and other charges associated with your plan.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
4.3 Free Trials
Some paid plans may include a free trial. If a plan includes a trial, the trial length and billing terms will be shown at checkout.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged according to the selected plan.
4.4 Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
Subscription pricing, billing intervals, included features, seat limits, and plan terms are shown at checkout, in your account, or in your billing settings.
4.5 Upgrades, Downgrades, and Seat Changes
You may be able to upgrade, downgrade, or change seats depending on your current plan and available billing options.
Team Access seat changes may affect your recurring subscription amount. Additional users beyond the included seat count may be billed at the additional seat rate shown in your billing settings or checkout.
Plan changes may take effect immediately, at the end of the billing period, or according to the billing behavior shown at the time of change.
4.6 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by following the account billing instructions provided in the Service.
Cancellation may end access to paid features at the end of the current billing period or according to the cancellation terms shown in your billing portal.
If a Team Access subscription is canceled, inactive, unpaid, expired, or otherwise not in good standing, team features may be locked or restricted. Team data may be retained for a period of time unless deleted according to our policies, legal obligations, or product settings.
4.7 Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may consider refund requests at our discretion.
5. Team Access, Roles, and Shared Data

Team members may be able to view or edit merchant records, notes, follow-ups, tasks, pipeline stages, residual information, and other shared team data depending on their role and permissions.
If you add merchant records to a Team Workspace, those records may become visible to other authorized team members. If you invite another team member to collaborate on a merchant, that person may be able to view and work on that merchant according to team permissions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your team members are authorized to access the merchant, business, sales, residual, and account information you add to POS Index.
